UPS Next Day Air $65.99

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Protectorates (Guam, Marshall Islands, other exotic places!) The good news is that you live in warm and enviable places (except for you Polar Bears). The bad news is that we will need to ship your items by air. If you wish to have your items shipped USPS, then please contact VitaminUSA(at)VitaminUSA.com for instructions on placing orders and the shipping rate. You can also visit The US Postal Service (USPS) to get an idea of approximate shipping costs (use our shipping zip code of 45840 and your receiving zip code). US Priority Mail: Shipping charges with Delivery Confirmation are $8.95 for orders 3 pounds and under. There may be additional charges for handling bulky items or packaging liquids. Larger weights shipping rates are higher. US Priority Mail Service is offered only for US customers. US Priority Mail will never be used for international orders. All International orders requesting US Priority Mail will be shipped via UPS and UPS Shipping rates will apply.
Continental USA on non-bulk items weighing 3.0 pounds or less. Alaska and Hawaii rates are higher and will be charged. Bulky Items and Multiple Liquid Containers additional charges may apply. Free Shipping could be by UPS, FedEX, or US Post Office

Our Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed over weekends requesting Next Day, or other Rush shipping will be processed Monday.

Shipping International Orders
International Shipping Charges the shipping charge displayed upon checkout for international orders is an estimate and may be adjusted on heavier or large package orders as sometimes the postal service adds additional charges for these packages. Sometimes the requested shipping charges read zero, this is because of the unique service you may have requested does not match our current rate tables. There will ALWAYS be a charge for overseas shipping. Free Shipping is in the USA only. ALL International Orders are shipped via UPS.
We ship to most countries, and usually have no problems, but if the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and restocking charges once the package is received back by us in resalable condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items, so you should check with your local Customs office to be certain that you can receive the products you ordered.
Note that we have had many problems with some European countries getting products in recently and have had some confiscated which the customer is responsible for per the statement above.
Your local officials may charge you a fee or tax upon pickup of the product which is not included in our price or shipping.
Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed as most overseas postal services do not provide tracking information back to the US Postal Service.
Returns and Refund Policy
All returns must be unopened. There is a 20% re stocking fee on all returned products on all orders. Returned goods must be received back within 30 days of date of shipping.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS FOR PACKAGES THAT GO UNCLAIMED AND ARE RETURNED TO US. IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER $100.00 AND YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AND YOUR PACKAGE IS UNCLAIMED AND IS RETURNED TO US, THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WE PAID TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE AND PAY FOR ITS RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE THAT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REJECTED AND RETURNED BY CUSTOMS OR FOR DELIVERY FAILURE ATTEMPT. REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE ONLY WILL BE CREDITED AFTER THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED TO VITAMINUSA BY CUSTOMS.
No refund will be given on Confiscated or Stolen products or on shipments abandoned at customs. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
You may also order by mail in US funds by Money Order or Certified Bank Check. Mail orders must include Product Numbers, Item Names, Quantities, Prices and must include Shipping Charges. Personal checks are held 15 days upon receipt before shipment is made.
If the item you received is incorrect. Please inform us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve the problems to your satisfaction.
Under some rare circumstances we may run out of an item. This might cause a small delay in the shipment of your order. If your order is going to be back-ordered for any prolong period, we will contact you via e-mail of this delay and will automatically ship the items once they are available.
If your back-ordered items turn up in a timely manner, we’ll delay your shipment so your order will arrive in its entirety. If not we will ship your partial order first and automatically ship the back-ordered item once they are available. If you have several items that are back-ordered, you could receive several partial shipments.
